Federal procurement opportunities. The Federal Bureau of Prisons
is operating over capacity and Federal law now authorizes
the Department of Justice to procure longer term contracts than ever before, resulting in more
favorable financing alternatives for new privatized development.

We provide facility maintenance services in Canada.
OWNED FACILITIES LEASED TO OTHER PROVIDERS
GEO currently owns two facilities and leases them to other correctional services providers:
- Delaney Hall, located near Newark, New Jersey, a 790-bed facility leased to Community Educational Centers (CEC).
- Mesa Verde Community Correctional Facility, located in Bakersfield, California, a 360-bed facility leased to Cornell Companies.
INTERNATIONAL SERVICES
We are an industry leader in the international privatized
corrections market. We expect substantial growth in Australia,
South Africa, the United Kingdom and other areas in Europe
for corrections and immigration services.

GEO Australia manages a medium-security
prison in Junee, Australia. Client: The New South Wales
Department of Corrective Services.

GEO Australia also manages the Arthur
Gorrie Remand and Reception Centre outside Brisbane, Australia.
Client: The Queensland Corrective Services.

GEO Australia manages the Fulham Correctional
Centre, a minimum/medium facility and the Fulham Nalu
Challenge Community, a minimum security transition facility
in West Sale, Victoria, Australia. Client: The Department
of Justice, Ministry of Corrections.

Prior contract: The New Zealand Department
of Corrections selected GEO Group New Zealand to operate
the Auckland Central Remand Prison in May 1999. The adult
male prison, which also addressed the needs of the inmates
of the Maori and Pacific Island communities and those
with special needs, opened in July 2000. On July 12, 2005,
GEO handed the contract back to the public sector. This
decision was the result of a previous election promise
that correctional facilities would be managed by the government.

SOUTH AFRICA
South African Custodial Services (SACS)
A Joint Venture with Kensani Corrections

South African Custodial Management
(SACM), the operating arm of (SACS), manages and maintains
the Kutama-Sinthumule Maximum Security Prison in Louis
Trichardt, Northern Province. This is among the first
prisons to be privatized by an African government. Client:
RSA Department of Correctional Services.

South Africa is the latest market
to embrace privatization, and its corrections system is
currently operating at greater than 150 percent capacity.
UNITED KINGDOM

The GEO Group, Inc. established a
new Head Office in the United Kingdom on December 1, 2004
to vigorously pursue new business opportunities in England,
Scotland and Wales, which currently represent the second
largest private correctional market in the world. GEO
is the only US publicly traded corrections company which
operates internationally in the countries of Australia,
South Africa and Canada. The UK office is located near
Reading, England.

- On March 6, 2006, The GEO Group UK Limited was selected by the United Kingdom Home Office, Immigration and Nationality Directorate as the preferred bidder for the management and operation of the 215-bed Campsfield House Immigration Removal Centre located in Kidlington, England.

Residential Treatment Services
State psychiatric hospitals offer significant opportunities
for privatization. In response to the needs of our state
government clients and the mental health community, The
