Our Clients
At the corporate and regional levels, GEO offers a wide
range of services through our divisions that support the
needs of our clients and the success of our contracts.
THE EXECUTIVE GROUP
This group is responsible for the growth, success and financial
stability of the corporation. Senior Staff represent the seven
groups and are the most seasoned, professional leadership
team in the private corrections industry with an average of
over eleven years working together.
Human Resources Division As a direct report to the Executive Group, Human Resources has oversight for staffing and personnel services for all of domestic operations. This includes updating benefits and developing compensation packages and pay practices, responding to government inquiries and compliance issues, as well as assisting in developing strategies for staffing and recruiting.
THE LEGAL GROUP
Legal provides advice and counsel on issues related to Company
operations, including litigation as well as employment and
workers' compensation issues. Legal also drafts and negotiates
contracts and agreements with clients and oversees the Office
of Professional Responsibility. The General Counsel is the
Corporate Secretary and records the minutes of all Board of
Directors' and Shareholders' meetings.

THE
FINANCE & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT GROUP
This group develops and implements the billing system
for each client and ensures the prompt, systematic payment
of all corporate obligations under the individual management
contracts. The division monitors and analyzes budgetary
and purchasing procedures, tax reporting, and fiscal
management and acts as primary liaison with the Securities
Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange. |

Information
Systems Division
As a part of the company's new
direction after the sale of its parent company in
2002, the Information Systems Division was added
to the corporate structure under the Business Management
Group. Our first Chief Information Officer and team
of cyber professionals are making great strides in
leading the company into constantly evolving world
of cyber technology.

Payroll and Tax Division The payroll and tax division, in the Business Management Group, is always continually
seeking new ways to streamline their processes for the better of the company.
THE OPERATIONS GROUP
This group ensures that we adhere to the operating standards
of our various management contracts and professional and
governmental commissions and/or regulatory agencies. The
Group also sets and onitors our operating policies and
procedures as well as trains our personnel, purchases supplies
and services, and develops educational, vocational, counseling,
and life skill inmate programs. The Group also provides
quality meals to all inmates in accordance with regulatory,
client and nutritional requirements. In doing so, it hires
and trains staff, monitors food operations, purchases food
and supplies, and maintains equipment, while observing all
safety and nutritional standards and codes.
The
Health Services Division
Health Services is part of our Operations Group and provides
comprehensive correctional health services to our detention/correctional
facilities. Services include medical, dental, and mental
health care by licensed health care professionals, specialty
medical consultants, off-site inpatient hospitalization
and emergency care. The GEO Group complies with nationally
recognized standards for healthcare in detention and correctional
facilities in our facilities as evidenced by our accreditations
by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC)
and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare
Organizations (JCAHO).
Contract Compliance Division
A part of the Operations Group is the Contract Compliance which monitors operations to ensure compliance with the standards and contractual requirements for each agreement and develops the corporate and contract-specific Policies and Procedures Manuals. The division is the primary contact with the client-appointed liaison on all policy and contract issues. It also works with Operations to monitor EEO and affirmative action issues, as well as the Quality Control Program.

THE INTERNATIONAL SERVICES GROUP
Our International Services provides
corporate-level oversight of operations in Australia,
United Kingdom, South Africa and Canada. The division
focuses its resources aggressively on new global business
opportunities. Oversight for operations outside the
United States is conducted from The GEO Group's World
Headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida.

THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GROUP
Important to the sustained growth of GEO, The Business Development Group is responsible for marketing the Company's design, construction, finance and/or management services to government clients. Marketing responsibilities include initial client contacts, formal presentations, identification of project construction and financing partners, and development and submission of proposals, including terms of financing and operation. |

THE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT GROUP This division ensures that our clients receive state-of-the-art design based on proven operational reliability, both on time and within budget. They maintain an extensive architectural library and have the most modern and efficient computer-aided drafting technology available. The Design Group works with other GEO divisions to coordinate all aspects of development in order to provide our clients with a well-designed facility that is both reasonable in cost and appropriate for its intended use. |
